Overview
Bushnell was founded after the Second World War in an occupied Japan by David P. Bushnell. Now headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, Bushnell boasts the largest market share in all sports optics categories. Along with it's high quality optical equipment they also sell eyewear under the brands Bollé, H2O Optix, and Serengeti. Bushnell also owns the rights to the Tasco brand and has made binoculars for Bausch & Lomb. Although Bushnell took over the Bausch & Lomb binocular line, they no longer make this brand -- but they do honor any outstanding warranty on Bausch & Lomb binoculars.
With over 50 years experience, Bushnell is the most recognized name in sports optics in the world. Their products have won numerous awards for their quality and innovation in the field and their extensive line of products dwarfs many of their competitors. Ranges:

Magnification:
The magnification available on Bushnell binoculars ranges from 7X to 16X across all their product lines. Along with these fixed magnifications they offer a couple of different low magnification models at 4X that offer an extremely wide field of view. Bushnell also has a number of zoom binoculars with the following magnification ranges 7-15X, 7-21X, 8-16X, 10-22X, 8-20X and 10-30X.
Objective Lens:
Bushnell has a great variety of objective lens sizes across the whole of their product line-up starting at 21mm and going up to 50mm.
Field Of View (F.O.V.):
The narrowest field of view you will find on Bushnell binoculars is 100 ft. at 1000 yd. This is at 30X on the 10-30X25 Powerview Porro Prism zoom binocular. The widest field of view available is on the 4X21 Xtra-Wide binocular designed for sports watching. This has a field of view of 900 ft. at 1000 yd.

Warranty:
The majority of Bushnell binoculars carry a limited lifetime warranty. Bushnell will guarantee the product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The few exceptions to this warranty are the NextView binoculars, with a one year warranty, and the Falcon binoculars, which carry a two year warranty. For warranties outside the U.S. and Canada, you must contact your local dealer for information.
Although Bushnell no longer manufactures Bausch & Lomb binoculars, they do honor any warranty outstanding on that line of products.
