Got a set of these as a gift for a budding ornithologist, my nephew. I gave these a test and was surprised by just how great the quality is. The images are sharp at crisp at all levels of magnification with just a hint of cloudiness at the edge of the lenses. They are easy to use for smaller hands and for the price they can't be beat.
I found these to be completely useless. Now I wasn't expecting Zeiss quality for this kind of price but I was expecting something usable. If you like seeing in double vision then maybe these are what you need but I doubt that's a feature anyone needs. I also found with these that the focus knob is too stiff forcing you to pull the binoculars form your face thus losing the target you are trying to sight. To complement the stiff focus knob I also found the zooming lever to be too loose and it would always be moving of it's own accord. If these weren't so misaligned and actually worked properly using them properly would still be a challenge of manual dexterity unbeknown to any other binocular.
