Leupold 10x42 Cascade Binoculars - NWTF Edition Dark Earth
During Leupold's second half-century, the company has focused heavily on the sports optics business. Leupold's presence in the hunting and shooting market expands, and finally dominates, with innovative optics and features that are now legendary among hunters, shooters, and outdoors enthusiasts. Many of the industry's standards - nitrogen waterproofing, the Duplex® reticle, and more - are Leupold creations.
From humble immigrant beginnings, Leupold grew, based on a promise of quality, to become a classic American company. In 1907, Fred Leupold set up a one-man shop at 5th and Oak streets in Portland, Ore., to repair surveying equipment. He was joined by his brother-in-law, Adam Voelpel, and later by inventor John Cyprian Stevens, and the foundations for a century of success were in place. Leupold Cascades binoculars offer a crisp, bright sight picture, twist-up eyecups and long eye relief, even with eyeglasses. The center-focus, dial-mounted, lockable diopter secures your diopter setting against accidental shifts. They also feature a rain guard, rugged construction, shock-absorbing rubber armor, and multi-coated lenses for brightness and clarity. Limited lifetime warranty. Leupold® 10x 42mm Cascades Binoculars are center-focus, roof-prism binoculars that give you the sharp, bright images with the full contrast and color fidelity serious birders demand - even when the light is low. Emblazoned with the NWTF logo and featuring Leupold's exclusive Dark Earth™ finish, their in-line design makes these binoculars trim, lightweight, and a pleasure to use, whether you're in the backyard or away at more far-flung locales. The slim, in-line design is also ergonomic and easy to grip in all weather conditions.
